Israeli Air Strike Targeting Samir Kuntar in Damascus Countryside

THE LEVANT NEWS – DAMASCUS- Al-manar TV, Hezbollah TV station, reported that an Israeli air strike has bombed a building in German, in Damascus countryside, killing 9 persons and wounding others. Sources told The Levant news that the Israeli air strike targeted Samir Kuntar, who was in that building and killed him.

Samir Kuntar, a former Lebanese captured released in a prisoner exchange between Hezbollah and Israel in 2008, was accused by Israel that he has recruited some Syrian Druse to form a resistance group against the Israeli occupation in the Syrian Golan and to fight on behalf of President Bashar Assad or Hezbollah against the “Takfiri” groups.
